Kalo anda kebetulan lewat  Roxy, belok ke kiri kalo dari arah Cideng. Kalo anda dari arah grogol ada lampu merah yang belok ke kanan. Di jalan Biak tepat nya.

Soto madura nya enak banget, daging nya empuk. Kebetulan saya pesan soto daging, sebetulnya ada juga soto campur, maksudnya soto madura campur dengan jeroan sapi. Saat saya mencicipi soto madura Pak Haji Ngatijo ini terasa hangat di perut. Ciri khas soto madura di sini rasa nya gurih. Benar benar enak, mantap jajanan kuliner kali ini. Pokok nya nikmat. Ada perkedel nya, ada babat nya, ada iso sapi nya. Bagi penggemar soto, cobain deh soto madura pak Haji Ngatijo pasti enak di lidah, hangat diperut ditambah daging sapi nya yang special empuk nyaris tidak ada lemak. Bisa juga di tambahkan dengan lontong.

Biasanya anak saya yang bungsu nggak terlalu suka dengan yang namanya soto ( kecuali soto Bangkong) tapi kali ini malah habis duluan. Tapi jangan harap kalo datang jam 12.00 WIB waktunya makan siang. Wah banyak orang. Sampai tempat duduk nya penuh. Juga untuk parkir mobil agak susah. Cobain deh soto madura nya Pak Haji Ngatijo. Pasti nambah.

Apalagi es kelapa muda nya mantap gelasnya besar jadi tambah kenyang nih. Silahkan ke Roxy tepat nya di jalan Biak dekat lampu merah. Rugi kalo nggak mampir di soto madura Pak Haji Ngatijo. Rugi kalo nggak mencicipi jajanan kuliner soto madura kali ini.

Banyak orang terutama di daerah Jawa Timur, menu ciri khas nya adalah soto madura. Bahkan banyak yang kangen hanya ingin mencicipi masakan Indonesia yaitu soto madura.

Madura adalah sebuah pulau kecil di lepas pantai utara kota Surabaya, di Jawa Timur. Sebuah selat kecil, Selat Madura, membagi wilayah tersebut dari daratan. Saat ini terdiri dari empat kabupaten dihubungkan oleh jembatan terpanjang di Indonesia, Jembatan Suramadu.

Sate Sapi



Jajanan kuliner kali ini adalah sate sapi, tentunya pecinta kuliner pasti mengejar apa yang di inginkan kalo sudah kepengen makan. Saya di sini merekomendasikan jajanan kuliner sate sapi karang di Yogyakarta, di lapangan karang Kotagede. Bagi warga Yogyakarta, pasti sudah mengenal sate sapi karang yang buka nya jam 17.30 – 22.30 . Yang cirikhas di sini adalah bumbunya. Bumbunya ada dua rasa,  satu bumbunya kacang seperti biasanya yang menurut kita sudah tidak asing lagi. Dan satu lagi bumbu kocor. Yang bumbu kocor biasa nya jadi favorit bagi warga Yogyakarta. Seger dan enak tenan, Enak bener sate sapinya. Bumbunya yang pas membikin lidah mak nyus.

Ada juga yang jajanan kuliner sate sapi di Ungaran. Perlu di pertimbangkan jajanan kuliner sate sapi Pak Isman ini. Sate Sapi disini nggak mahal. Sepuluh tusuk sate dibandrol dengan harga Rp. 22.000 rupiah. Tentunya bagi warga Semarang dan sekitarnya pasti suka dengan sate sapi nya dan harga nya yang terjangkau. Sate nya manis enak dan gurih, legit dan empuk. Ada lontongnya plus cabe rawit plus bawang merahnya, bumbu kacang nya terpisah. Enak tenan.

Ada juga sate sapi yang menggunakan empatbelas bahan rempah-rempah di Patebon. Sate Sapi ini kini buka cabang di Jalan Tentara Pelajar Desa Kebonharjo Kecamatan Patebon. Kalo bumbu nya empatbelas rempah-rempah, gimana ngeraciknya ya?

Bumbunya adalah : garam, tumbar, bawang putih, mrico, polo, kayu manis, laos, kunir, jinten, kamijoro, jahe, miri, daun serai dan gula aren.

Yang menjadi cirikhas sate sapi disini disajikan dengan sayur lodeh dan taoge setengah matang, wah nikmat, enak dan hangat.

Sate Bumbon namanya, disini dibandrol Rp. 25.000 rupiah per sepuluh tusuk, sudah termasuk nasi/lontong plus sayur lodeh plus taoge nya. Jajanan sate sapi di Patebon enak tenan, Nyesel kalo nggak cobain Sate Sapi Bumbon ini.
